Italian gelato can be done perfectly only by Italians!
Walter is Italian born and Marti is USA born but she lived in Italy more than 10 years. When their passion for gelato started they decided first to really learn how to do the best Italian gelato.
They atttended first a base training at Carpigiani (the Italian leader of the Professional gelato Machine)
Then they attended the Gelato University to specialize and become Gelato Master
Finally they were ready to bring the true Italian Gelato in the Phoenix Valley and specifically in Mesa, AZ.
After some years they also decide to open a grocery where people could find true Italian food like Salumi, Cheese, Oil, Pasta and enjoy a Panino and the Italian atmosphere.
If you stop by us, you will forget to be in Mesa, AZ but you will think to be in a true Italian Deli and Gelato!
